Description
A digital photograph of a color drawing made by Mabel Vandiver, former Fort Hays State University Art Department chair. At the top of the image dark green hills create a horizon as they meet with the light blue sky. The green of the ground fades into tan, and trees become visible. A dull red stable rests in the center of the drawing. Bright yellow hay is visible through the openings in the stable. A deep red building sits next to a train of grey, silver, and red. A patch of bright green grass lies between the two buildings. Orange train cars sit on the green patch toward the right of the drawing. Directly in front of the train are stationary black train cars. At the bottom of the drawing a tan building with a black roof sits next to a building with a grey and red roof. In the bottom left corner a tree towers over the tan building.
