Description

A digital photograph of a mixed media collage created by Mabel Vandiver, geometric shapes such as triangles, squares, and circles dominate this abstract collage. These shapes are presented in hues of black, gray, and off-white. They rest on a background of light grey. A large black shape in the center of the collage has white, indistinguishable lettering. Another small triangular piece at the bottom of the collage has the same white lettering on it. Some of the pieces have stripes, and others are more solidly colored. The use of many long and thin triangular shapes creates images that look like shards of glass.
