Memorandum to Dr. Tomanek from Bill Jellison
Bill Jellison
This black and white document features a four page typed confidential memo from Bill Jellison regarding the lack of consideration from the athletic department in regards to event schedules. Jellison writes that the staff of Gross Coliseum are upset by the lack of time they are given to complete set-ups and tear-downs because of the scheduling done by the athletic department. Jellison suggests moving this out of the hands of the department and making them book the space like every other campus organization must. The final page contains a policy governing the scheduling of events.
