The Buildings and Facilities Collection consists of primary source materials from the University Archives relating to the planning, construction, and dedication of the buildings on campus. Items in the collection include meeting minutes, memorandums, plans, programs, newspaper clippings, and other ephemera.

    This black and white document features a two page typed letter listing complaints the SGA has brought up the administration regarding the treatment of students by staff of Gross Memorial Coliseum. The document outlines five central issues, beginning with the closure of Gross Memorial during breaks while administration, faculty and "special privileged" students were still able to use the center. The document then addresses the language and threats made against students who wished to use the center during the time these faculty members did, including a verbal confirmation from staff that they knew they would get in trouble if caught using the facility. The document asserts that because students paid for the complex, it should remain open to all students, not just those involved with athletics, and that student use should be priority.
