Description
This black and white printed document features an article discussing the commission of the carillon located on the top of Rarick Hall. It describes the original intention of the campanile as well as the acknowledgement that it will not be possible to complete it at the given time. Instead, the bells were commissioned and placed atop Rarick Hall so the whole campus may hear them.
