Description
This black and white fifteen page document features a notice to officers, inspectors, and authorities of the parks notifying them that there has been several cases of the Dutch Elm Disease found in the country. This is a problem due to the widespread nature of the elm, as it is one of the most easy accessible trees for the parks. The circular includes black and white photographs of trees and vegetation.
