Description
This black and white fourteen page document features a series of correspondences regarding Fort Hays State joining the Sunflower Testing Association. The letters back and forth debate the requirement of Fort Hays to join the state regulation list, as well as if they will be needing to cover their own costs for joining the association, as well as paying for expenses for the testers to survey the livestock. Cursive handwriting on the front page is transcribed.
