This archive includes logical diagrams, flowcharts, and notes from the Apollo One Investigation into the the fire on board the Apollo/Saturn 204 mission on January 27, 1967. The fire killed astronauts Virgil I. “Gus” Grissom, Edward H. White II, and Roger B. Chaffee as they were training for the first manned Apollo flight.
