Description
Two Students in Outdoor Lounge Chairs with Others Enjoying the Outdoors. This black-and-white photograph shows 8 students outdoors. The picture was likely taken in the 1980s. In the foreground of the photo, Joe Burr and Fred Haflinger sit on lounge-length lawn chairs with their feet propped up. They are holding drinks and talking in conversation. The male student on the left wears no shirt. The other young man wears a checkered cap, sunglasses, a shirt with the jersey number “87” on the front, and light shorts. Sitting on the ground directly behind the chairs are two more figures--one completely obstructed by the chair, the face of the other visible. Further in the background are four more men standing and talking. Three of them hold drinks, and they all wear t-shirts, shorts, and other clothes suitable for warm weather, with one wearing a light-colored hat.
