(See Section 168, Page 76, School Law 1903) Certificate of Levy of School Tax. - To the Clerk of Lincoln County, Kansas: I Hereby Certify, That at a meeting of the voters of ………………………..School District No 39, County of Lincoln, duly held on the 20 day of July, 1905, it was voted that the sum of 15 mills be levied on the taxable property in said district, for school purposes. Geo. J. Power, District Clerk. N. J. Davison, Lincoln, Kansas.
