Dear, Miss Combs I arrived at Haskell Institute today, Tue, 5, 1950, at 6:30 a.m. p.m. Approved: [Illegible] Superintendent, Sincerely yours, and Love Always Bob Davis. Each student is required to mail one of these cards to the parent or guardian when enrolling or returning from home leave. If enrolling the student will fill out a second card for the education field agent or agency superintendent and a third for the adviser. All cards will be left with the adviser for mailing. Keep this for a keep sake.
