Description

This black and white photographic postcard features one of the float vehicles in the National Husking Contest Parade in Norton, Kansas. The truck has signage on the door stating "City Dray & Transfer, Almena Kans. Phone 167." The bed of the truck has a float of ears of corn in the shape of a building, more specifically, a fort. Almena is spelled out in ears of corn at the top. A large pumpkin sits on top of the truck cab. There is writing at the bottom of the card. There is handwriting on the back of the card.
