There are three stories of limestone with each story smaller than the story below. A sculpture is on the top story and a sculpted bird and sculpted American flag are above the building. A windmill is to the left and S. P. Dinsmoor stands in front of the building. He is wearing a suit and hat. There are steps and greenery in front of the door. There is handwritten text at the bottom of the card.
