Description

This black and white photographic postcard features a parade at Oxford, Kansas. A float is in the center with a building and trees in the background. The float carries women in white dresses with decorations above them. One woman is sitting at the front and back in chairs with canopies above them. There are three women sitting in the middle of the float. Written text is at the bottom of the card. Handwriting is on the back of the card.

I took first and second Price on the Exhibition of Fancy Work for handmade handbags. got 2 blue Ribbons and one red, I'm rather stuck up about this. Papa wanted to buy me a Ribbon if I did not get one. La. Frieda is very busy with school work. Miss F. S. Finler 1202 first Nat. Bank Bldg. Milwaukee
