Description

A black and white photo of the Swayze Quarry in Clark County, Kansas. The area of the quarry is noticeable in the left center of the photo. The white chalky area is on the side of a hill. There is a large hole on the left part of the quarry and three small holes on the right side of the quarry. The rest of the area is grasses, shrubs and trees. An automobile is seen on the top of the bluff in the right center of the photo. The blades of the windmill are seen peeking over the ground in the background.
