Description

This black and white photograph features a valley at the bottom of a canyon. Sharp rocks are pressed together and into the ground. Shrubbery covers the ground and the less steep parts of the outcrop. A river peeks out at the bottom right corner of the photograph before disappearing. The sun reflects off of the rocks, causing them to look washed out. Slightly behind a hill in the badlands sits a large bush. Canyon walls have vertical rills or indentations due to mass amounts of erosion. A rock in the bottom right corner casts a shadow on the canyon wall. Numbers are written below the photograph.
