Eight girls dressed in fairy or gypsy costumes are standing with their sides to the camera and arms away from their bodies as they are holding the bottoms of their light dresses / The County Capital of Aug. 29, 1921 advertises The Gypsy Picnic, a program of singing, dancing and recitation by children to be given in the Park at St. John Aug. 30 and 31.
