This appears to be a photo after a parade has finished or as it just starts, as there is one float truck pulling in on the right side of the photo. There is a collapsed orange, black, and white patterned mass on the ground. It appears to eb a group costume, or a paper entrance tube decoration. The photo has been taken at Lewis Field, or another Hays football field.
