Water Wells. "The dark object in the center is a Santa Fe well head. To the north can be seen a second well head. The trees in the background are on the east bank of West Emma Creek. The Mission Water Works (City of Newton) are on the west bank of West Emma Creek. Santa Fe had its own water main which is still underground. -Mike Hurley."
