Description

This black and white photograph features records room. "The area in front of the trucks was the location of the hot well. The tall building is the records room. The cement building is the first water treating plant with pumps in the basement for the hot well. The hot well was 20 feet in diameter and 40 feet deep. - Mike Hurley."
