This black and white photograph features Sedgwick in 1898. Slightly elevated view, showing a parade on the dirt street in the business section of town. Parade elements beginning in lower left corner are: approximately twelve men with various musical instruments, then a larger group of older men - some in uniforms and carrying rifles. Scattered around the parade line are groups of people observing the event. A number of horses, wagons, and carriages are visible throughout the photo. Two-story brick business buildings are visible in the background. Sign on side wall of one brick building reads: "Pantagraph Office."
