Description

This black and white photograph features the town of Burrton in 1920. A bull is standing inside a fenced area with a frame house directly behind the fenced area. Railway tracks, grain elevator, and a few other business buildings are visible in the distance. Typed label on back of photo reads: "This photograph made by me Feb. 2, 1920 between 3:20 and 4:15 P M. at the Arkansas Valley Interurban Ry. crossing at Main Street, Burrton, Kansas. Looking North-West from about the center of Main Street 106 ft. South of the center of the Interurban Track, showing Interurban Car on Track 365 ft. West of the center of Main Street.
