Description
This black and white photograph features three women and two men posing in front of a sod house. Two of the women and one of the men are sitting on horses. Original 8" x 10" photo is glued to a black matte, 10.5 x 14". Stamped in red ink in upper right hand corner of original photo: "Harvey County Historical Society, Inc., 124 M-3." A circle and the words "pet coon" are written in blue ink in lower left corner of original photo. White lettering on back of original photo reads: "One of the first good 'soddys' in Harvey County. Family unknown. Property of Mable (Smith) McMullen."
