Description

This black and white photograph features the Halstead Photo Album in 1927. A large number of men, women, boys and girls are posing in a group in preparation to march in a parade. Many are wearing representations of Pilgrim hats and bonnets. Wording on a large sign carried by two men at the front of the group reads: "Macon Twp. Districts 41, 42, 36, 15, 66." Written on the back of the photo: "Macon Twp. pupils as they fell in line for Fall Festival Parade. October 1927." Catholic church is visible in left background.
