Abstract
Education in the opinion of (Akindutire, 2010) is regarded by many as the key that unlocks the development of personal and national potentials of individuals including their rights and powers. However, (Abdulkareem, 2010) sees it as the best legacy a nation can provide for its citizenry, as it ensures a relative permanent change in the thinking perspective of the individual to commitment and development of the immediate environment. It is the light, without which the whole world would be in darkness, as it also serves as the basis of scientific and technological breakthrough and modernity, which have made all nations of the world accord immense priority to it, even though the levels of priority range from one country to another.
