Station, 12-22 1914 --- You are hereby notified that freight, consigned to you (described as below) has been received, delivery of which will be made upon payment of charges and surrender of Shipping Receipt or Bill of Lading. If not removed within the legal limit of time allowed, the freight will, thereafter, be subject to storage or car service charges, or removal to a public warehouse. Demurrage or Steerage Charges will be assessed after ________. Description of freight - drugs etc. From - Peoria. Total charges - .87 Transfers, if any - From ______ If consignee desires delivery made to another he should sign order below.
