Don Smith, Republican for Attorney General Don Smith, wife Joyce; son Donnie, 10; daughters, Sarah, 7 and Kim, 5, are residents of Dodge City. Don is a practicing attorney, member of the State Legislature, vice-president of the Dodge City School Board and an elder in the Presbyterian Church. He was twice elected Ford County Attorney. Don, 39, was born in Topeka, graduating from Washburn Rural High, he served as a Squad Leader with the 82nd Airborne Division overseas in World War 2. A graduate of Washburn University.
