A black and white photo of George Sternberg processing a Portheus skeleton found west of Elkader, Kansas. George is sitting next to the head of the fish and he has a tool in his hand. The tail of the fish, at the bottom part of the photo, has been processed and is surrounded by a frame. There are various supplies to the left of George.
