Description

This black and white photograph features a landscape view of the Red Deer River in Alberta, Canada. An island is seen in the middle. The bottom left corner of the photo depicts the river, which flows toward the upper right side. The bottom right corner of the photo shows the badlands that surround the river. The island has trees along its edges and sagebrush scattered in the middle. On the other side of the river, more badlands stretch from the left to the right side of the photo. Handwriting is below the photograph.
