Artist's Statement

Studies have shown that there are an increasing number in single-parent households across the U.S. Since 2021 about 14.5 million children live in mother-only households. The chances of children living in single-parent households can vary in race and ethnicity. Many parents may not have the physical resources to get the help and support they need to provide for their family or themselves.

Problem Defense: With the number of single-parent families increasing there are not enough resources to successfully help those in need.

Target Users: Intended for single parents of any kind to help with challenges and find solutions within a single- parent life.
