This color photograph features the Chisholm Trail Festival parade in Newton in 1991. Children are riding in "train cars" made from large barrels, painted pastel colors, and are being pulled by a garden tractor driven by a woman. The sign on front of tractor reads: "We're Proud to be Americans."
