Description

This black and white photograph features two men and one woman sitting behind a gated counter in an office. The men are wearing suits and the woman is wearing a light colored blouse with a bow. The man at far right is James D. Nicholson. This may be the electric company business office in 1911. Visible in photo: spittoon, candlestick telephone, decorative wallpaper with border, and a panoramic photo of downtown Newton taken from atop the Opera House at Main and Broadway. The photo is on the wall above Mr. Nicholson's desk.
