Building to the right is the present Sand Creek Yard Office containing an operator, supervisor of operations (ex-yardmaster), crew clerk, freight yard clerks, regional freight office (ex-freight office), trainmen's lounge and locker room. This building is now located on the site of the old switch shanty that was moved here from Sedgwick in 1905-1906. The single track in the center foreground was the Middle Division caboose (way car) track. The track in the left comer was the Old Western Division caboose track during the days when the conductors had their own assigned cabooses. - Mike Hurley."
