Description
Halstead. Large open-top car is decorated for a parade including floral arrangements on wheel spokes. Bunting draped around car. Sign above car reads: 'Help Halstead Win.' About seven young people sit inside the car. Five or six young people are standing behind the car. Several of them are holding tennis rackets. c. 1927.
