This black and white typed paper consists of a cover page on yellow paper which served as the routing and transmittal slip. The white pages after the first contain an interview with Chaplain Wayne King regarding his time serving at LBJ, conducted via telephone. He details the treatment of the prisoners by guards, the composition of the staff and prisoners, as well as the prisoners he interacted with.
