Institutions of higher education (IHE) have long been invested in the creation of centers for further study, application, evaluation, and research. Furthermore, these authors support that there are clear benefits to centers when there is a purpose that exceeds thinking and data collection and concentrates clearly on influencing practice for goal attainment.
